About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sparkling Windows Specialist to join our team at KTX Window Cleaning, LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional window cleaning services to our residential and small commercial clients in Katy and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and shine windows to perfection, leaving them spotless and streak-free.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each interaction.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every nook and cranny of the windows is thoroughly cleaned and polished.
  • Present yourself in a professional manner, arriving promptly at scheduled appointments and maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout the job.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, supporting and assisting one another to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
  • Smartphone with a data plan.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Be able to work in temperatures ranging from 25 degrees to 110 degrees.
  • Be able to lift 25-40 lbs.
  • Be able to climb and conduct ladder work.
  • Window Cleaning Experience is preferred.
