Compassionate Rehabilitation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Community Care Centers Inc in Aurora, CO. This rewarding role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care and support to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program and current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure. A certification in CPR and First Aid is also highly desirable. Additionally, experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting would be an asset.
We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
