Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead our web and mobile applications development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle, maintaining up-to-date industry and market knowledge, and reinforcing a culture of high-quality software development.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and visually appealing experiences.
  • Provide technical estimates and perform technical risk assessments for project planning.
  • Maintain solutions that meet regulatory, security, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality projects and products on-time and on-budget.
  • Coach and mentor the development team to grow our skill base.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Web and Mobile Applications Developer.
  • 3+ Years as a Web and Mobile Applications Team Lead.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack, end-to-end applications, including enterprise solutions, iOS, and Android mobile development.
  • Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, NW.js, or Electron, C/C++, C#.
  • Web Frameworks: One or more SPA frameworks (i.e., Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Data Solutions: SQL, NoSQL, JSON, XML, Object Relational Manager (ORM) / Object Document Mapper (ODM), Extract Transfer Load (ETL), GraphDB, Cloud storage & replication.
  • Ability to translate UI designs to application implementation.
  • Able to effectively analyze project requirements and create execution plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, processes, and tools.
  • Must be a team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
