Job Title: Licensed Nurse

Concord Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Licensed Nurse to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. As a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring residents' health.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording vital signs and health information
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with State Registry
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.16-$32.00 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Our facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds, and offers a range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services.
