Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining a customer-friendly environment, and ensuring a rewarding customer experience.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying maintenance, cleaning the store, including the bathroom and stockroom, and vacuuming.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
- Proficiency in using a calculator to calculate percentage discounts.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position.
