Position Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist for Medical Technology
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical technology sector. This position is primarily focused on the evaluation and validation of electronic and mechanical components for portable medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and validate electronic and mechanical components.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams and oversee internal resources.
- Perform technical evaluations and develop necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations teams.
- Utilize testing equipment such as oscilloscopes for practical assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the medical technology field.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP practices, and ISO13485 standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
