Job Summary:

NR Consulting is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Illinois.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Experience in rehabilitation nursing, with a focus on bedside nursing and basic wound care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rehabilitation-specific experience, including IV therapy and medication administration.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
