As an Environmental Solutions Technician, you will demonstrate your expertise by executing installations and repairs on equipment while ensuring a professional and safe working environment. Your duties will encompass operating the delivery vehicle, installing HVAC systems, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position also offers you the chance to grow and advance your career within our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance on equipment
- Evaluating equipment condition before and after use
- Showcasing equipment functionalities to clients
- Aiding in the loading and unloading of equipment
- Carrying out any other assigned tasks as necessary
Qualifications for this position:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment repair and maintenance
- Mechanical skills and familiarity with relevant tools
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs regularly
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services
This position is classified as Safety Sensitive according to United Rentals' guidelines.
