Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Instruct and educate patients regarding ordered tests and prepare them for procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in performing all exams according to protocol and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and orderly physical environment.
  • Manage and coordinate activities of the Ultrasound Department with other areas of the department and hospital to ensure and maintain patient care.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited two-year Ultrasound Technologist program.
  • Registered with ARDMS within 3 months and maintain active registry status during employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
  • Pass vascular boards within eighteen months of hire.
