- Conduct preliminary examinations of animals

- Effectively communicate findings to veterinarians

- Prepare and dispense medications as directed by the veterinarian
Educational and Physical Requirements:
- Completion of college or equivalent education necessary for Registered Veterinary Technicians
- Consistent and dependable attendance is essential
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work extended or irregular hours in high-pressure situations
- Capability to walk, bend, stand, squat, or reach consistently throughout an 8-hour workday.
