We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our corporate office team. This key role is responsible for auditing accounts, recording business transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy. As a critical member of our finance team, you will prepare annual reports, present monthly financial statements, and provide financial advice to upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing annual audits and following financial regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Preparing financial accounts for monthly review and month-end close.
  • Ensuring all company accounts are accurately reconciled.
  • Financial reporting for owners and stakeholders.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, financial management, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of best financial practices and accounting processes.
  • An ownership attitude, with a willingness to see projects through from beginning to end and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and show initiative.
  • A solid knowledge of Yardi is preferred but not required.
