Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities to promote recovery and improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, using data to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
