Valet Driver

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Valet Driver to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring every moment matters for our clients.
• Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles, inspecting each vehicle before parking to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication: Clearly explain valet rates to customers and provide excellent communication throughout the parking process.
• Safety and Security: Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices, reporting any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarize yourself with major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience for our clients.
• Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional uniform, arriving on time and ready to work for each scheduled shift.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Manual Transmission: Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work special shifts if needed, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends.
• Eligibility to Work: Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Communication Skills: Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, responding professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Adaptability: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, calmly adapting to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
