Job Summary

The SIG SAUER Experience Center Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers, students, and SIG SAUER employees. This role requires a strong understanding of firearms and products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales support to customers, students, and SIG SAUER employees
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account inquiries
  • Collaborate with SEC management, retail & range staff, and Academy staff to achieve corporate marketing and sales initiatives
  • Upsell and promote merchandise, accessories, Academy training, and services
  • Abide by all ATF regulations and compliance policies and procedures
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the SEC
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and atmosphere
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • 1+ years of previous sales and merchandising experience within a firearms retail environment
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in firearms knowledge and handling
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
