Job Overview

Salary: $18 - $25/hour DOE

Join Our Team: CTI, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Fleet Wash Bay Specialist to become a vital part of our operations.

Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial vehicle fleet, which includes semi-trucks and trailers. You will work in a modern wash bay facility equipped with advanced washing technology.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with shifts available from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Compensation: Starting at $25.00/hour (DOE) with a quarterly safety bonus of $300.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely maneuver commercial vehicles to and from designated areas.
  • Thoroughly wash and detail the exterior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Clean the interiors of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and debris.
  • Utilize high-pressure washing systems to remove stubborn contaminants from vehicle exteriors and engine compartments.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the wash bay and surrounding areas.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle cleaning schedules and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist in training new team members on safety protocols and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL not necessary).
  • Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
