About the Role
This part-time position offers a hybrid schedule with 20 hours of work per week, consisting of two days onsite and half a day remote. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, administering medical nutrition therapy, and providing nutritional counseling to residents and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients and residents
- Administer medical nutrition therapy, including wound healing and weight management
- Provide nutritional education and counseling to residents and families
- Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
