Job Summary

Talent Leverage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating office projects, providing feedback and assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and materials, and collaborating with our Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide feedback and assist in the development, planning, and layout of marketing campaigns and materials, including online, electronic, video, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams on all issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all office issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with various office tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
