Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a senior living community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring CNA to provide daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. The ideal candidate will have a current CNA certificate, a can-do attitude, and a genuine love for seniors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
  • Respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA certificate
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Genuine love for seniors

  • Competitive salary: $16-$20.25 with $2 differential week days after 6pm and $3 on weekends
