Position Title: Masonry Laborer

Compensation Range: $22.80-$27/hr

Role Purpose:

The Masonry Laborer is responsible for assisting the Mason Journeyman in the installation of brick, block, and stone, contributing to the completion of unique projects. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity expectations as outlined by the foreman or superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for the installation of brick, block, or stone.
2. Mix mortar to the appropriate consistency for application.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment at job sites.
4. Supply materials for masons as needed.
5. Engage in daily team meetings and prioritize safety on all job sites.
6. Exemplify the mission and values of The Gallegos Corporation consistently.
7. This position does not include supervisory duties.

Qualifications:
