Staff Pharmacist Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Safety: Ensuring the safe handling and dispensing of medications
  • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Regulatory Requirements: Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and ensuring compliance
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring and improving pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to patients and customers
  • Personnel Management: Supervising and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff
  • Inventory Management: Managing pharmacy inventory and supplies
  • Financial Profitability: Contributing to the financial success of your pharmacy
  • Loss Prevention: Identifying and mitigating potential losses
  • Workflow Management: Optimizing pharmacy operations to improve efficiency and productivity

You'll also be responsible for:
