Global Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Japanese executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese. The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials for executive-level meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting high-level executives and a strong understanding of Japanese business culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, the ability to cope with Japanese and American business protocols is crucial for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
