Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sandwich Artist to join our team at Subway. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches and salads to our guests, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu items and be able to explain them accurately to guests.
  • Sandwich Preparation: Prepare sandwiches and salads according to our operations manual, using fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures, including taking product temperatures and checking expiration dates.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, including variable hours and shifts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification required.
