We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary pain management team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our New Interdisciplinary Pain Management Program.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct medication passes and lead small groups to educate patients on pain management techniques and strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- License in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
