About the Role:

Apple Creek Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee daily operations of their unit. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, passing medications, and documenting patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
