About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Tech Lead to join our team at AdventHealth Littleton. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workflow, developing schedules, and serving as a subject matter expert for your unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead staff to be personally accountable for the organizational mission, core values, and success.
  • Ensure appropriate orientation for new employees to the unit.
  • Assure current standards of practice for the unit.
  • Strong communication skills, acting as liaison between physicians, floor nurses, imaging staff, and ordering physicians.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • Current Registered Technologist, Radiology – R.T. (R) (ARRT).
  • BLS Certified.
