About the Role:
Job Title: Python Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions utilizing full-stack development tools and technologies
- Stay updated on technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, engage in internal and external tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
- Employ technologies such as Python, Flask, Pandas, open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services including Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, and SNS.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Python programming
- 4 years of experience with Flask or Pandas
- 1 year of experience with AWS
- 3 years of experience in open-source frameworks
- 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)
Compensation Range: The salary for this position is between $130K – $150K annually. Various factors may influence pay within this range, including geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
