Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our winning team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote healing and functional independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to promote patient recovery and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and support systems to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with department policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate degree preferred).
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Completed continuing education requirements in the relevant state (NY, NJ).
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
