Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patient pain issues in accordance with the standard of care.
  • Develop and implement multimodal treatment plans to manage patient pain.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, including explaining procedures and treatment goals.
  • Interpret medical tests and results, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor patient compliance with treatment plans and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical developments and best practices in pain management.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to patient needs in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience working in a pain management practice.
  • One year of experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • One year of experience performing in-office procedures.
