Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Business And Technology Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, investigating, and analyzing land development, flood exposure and mitigation, utility and drainage, pavement, and pump systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop project specifications, field reports, technical reports, proposals, and project management plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs
  • Analyze data using tools such as Civil3D and other software to ensure design accuracy to specifications
  • Present project findings and recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible Civil Engineering experience
  • Licensed registered PE in MA
  • Proficiency with developing and revising project specifications, field reports, technical reports, proposals, and project management plans
  • Proven ability to collaborate across an organization and with external parties
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to mentor junior team members and desire for continuous professional growth and improvement
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with analysis software tools such as XPStorm, XPSWMM, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, HydroCAD
