Job Overview

Ryder is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Spring Hill, Tennessee. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our facility.

Salary and Benefits
  • $20.33 per hour (hourly pay)
  • Overtime Pay: $30.50 per hour
  • Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation
  • Auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks

  • Providing technical support for automated packing systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
