Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. This role is essential for enhancing communication abilities and ensuring quality of life for individuals in need.

Compensation:

Sign-On Bonus Available

Note: This bonus is not applicable to current or former employees within the last year or candidates sourced through external agencies.

Role Responsibilities:

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, plan, and deliver tailored speech therapy interventions as prescribed by a physician. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for homebound patients, aiming to restore function and alleviate discomfort following medical events.

As a patient care manager, you will oversee and coordinate care for a select group of patients, ensuring that their needs are met while fostering open communication among all care team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Current licensure to practice in the state.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and CPR certification.
  • Recent experience in home care is preferred.
