Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractor to join our dynamic team at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our patients, creating long-term relationships with them, and working closely with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exams, and review of pertinent imaging/documents/reports.
  • Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays, and evaluate findings to determine diagnosis.
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans, and educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and pre and post-treatment care.
  • Provide chiropractic care, including adjustments, CBP/Pettibon, Thompson sacral drop, rehab, and various therapies and modalities.
  • Document and chart patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work cooperatively with our team and other support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met, and reassess and maintain patient records.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
  • Active Chiropractic license in OH.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time position, Monday - Thursday, with a flexible schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $105k-$120k per year.
  • Bonus compensation based on volume and performance.
  • PTO, life insurance, 401k with match, and malpractice insurance covered.
  • Health insurance stipend.
