Job Description

R&M Management is seeking a Telecommunications Trainee to join our team. As a Verizon Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and providing them with the best solutions for their telecommunications needs.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Establish relationships with potential, current, and former customers in person to understand their wireless product and service needs
  2. Stay informed about promotions and discounts offered by our client and recommend relevant services to customers
  3. Manage sales contracts and confidential customer information in our point-of-sale system
  4. Fulfill compliance requirements and maintain a professional image at all times
  5. Partner with fellow Verizon Trainees to analyze customer engagement patterns and marketing metrics
  6. Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries and resolve objections effectively
Compensation
