Razorfish Health is in search of a Creative Art Lead. This role is pivotal in steering the artistic output for one of Razorfish Health's most enduring accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Scientific Directors to develop compelling, persuasive, and credible medical communications.
Craft immersive and engaging presentations along with live experiences.
Take ownership of selected projects, managing them from inception to completion.
Work autonomously under tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects effectively.
Engage in client meetings and deliver presentations.
Participate in market research and advisory boards as necessary.
Oversee and guide the work of staff and freelance designers/copywriters assigned to the brand.
Optimize workloads to enhance the productivity of the creative team, ensuring that all members are effectively utilized.
Collaborate closely with scientific, account, project management, studio, and editorial teams to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Provide constructive feedback for annual performance evaluations, along with ongoing feedback throughout the year (written feedback available upon request).
Conduct interviews for prospective art candidates.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, responding to the strategic and creative needs of the brand.
Represent the agency at client meetings and relevant social events as appropriate.
