Job Title: Experienced Premium Auditor

At Armstrong Receivable Management, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Premium Auditor to join our team. As a Premium Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that insurance companies comply with laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of insurance policies, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies.
  • Review policyholder records and apply manual rules and company standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare audit schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with policyholders via phone, email, and mail to schedule audit appointments.
  • Examine policyholder records, gather data, and write effective descriptions of operations to determine correct classifications.
  • Prepare complete audit documents and communicate results to policyholders and the home office.
  • Travel to multiple audit locations daily/weekly to conduct on-site audits.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent, plus two years of experience in premium auditing or a related field.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of Visual Audit a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
