  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee warehouse operations primarily from Monday to Friday, with the ability to support and manage a second shift and weekends when necessary.
  3. Productivity and Quality Control: Responsible for the entire warehouse's productivity, quality, and accuracy, implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  5. Maintenance Management: Maintain maintenance schedules for all warehouse equipment, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations, implementing strategies to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations, with at least five years in a warehouse management role.
  • Proven ability to supervise and manage teams effectively while resolving employee issues.
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain warehouse areas, including inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, carrier management, capacity management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
