About the Role

As a Home Service Specialist at Orkin, you will be responsible for providing top-notch protection to homeowners by offering our industry-leading termite protection services. You will be the face of our company, building trusted relationships with customers and solving problems to ensure their homes and families are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 360 inspections of homes to identify potential pest issues and provide strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing our in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, with the support of our robust advertising budget.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home, utilizing our training to identify potential issues.
  • Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
  • Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad, with training provided on its use.
