About the Role

As a Therapeutic Specialist at Bierman Autism Centers, you will play a vital role in helping children diagnosed with autism reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of passionate professionals who share a commitment to transforming lives.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services: Directly design, implement, and provide programs for SLP services for assigned clients.
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Client Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress according to professional guidelines and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of 35-40 sessions or 25 billable hours per week while ensuring efficient time management and prioritization skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Drive coordination of care with ABA services, maintain relationships with parents, and conduct caregiver collaboration and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and State Licensure.
  • Professional Skills: Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication, and ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of MacOS, with the ability to quickly learn the organization's technology platforms including CentralReach and Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on candidate qualifications and experience, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on the specific position and location.
