Job Opportunity

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join their team for a travel assignment in Birmingham, Alabama.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team, ensuring the highest level of patient care in the electrophysiology lab.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Labs.
  • Use imaging equipment to help detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues in patients.
  • Review patient history and verify medical orders.
  • Evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate results to physicians.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
  • Current License in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
