Nation's Home Medical Equipment, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland, is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join its team. With a focus on home health services, this role requires expertise in nutritional assessments, patient education, and communication with clinical teams.

As a Dietitian at LifeBridge Health, you will perform initial and ongoing nutritional assessments, monitoring patients' progress and providing guidance to caregivers on home enteral and parenteral nutrition support. You will maintain open communication with the clinical team, assist with reimbursement issues, and develop relationships with other dietitians and healthcare professionals.

This is a full-time position with a hiring range of $72,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will have a Registered Dietitian (RD) license, valid MD driver's license, and minimum 3 years of experience in Enteral and TPNs. Strong clinical skills, knowledge of reimbursement criteria, and proficiency in computer applications are essential for this role.

You will work collaboratively with the Enteral and Pharmacy Departments to support operations and ensure that CE credits are maintained. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, as well as strong critical thinking, analytical, and reporting abilities.
