We are seeking a Claims System Consolidation Lead to join our team, responsible for implementing Guidewire, a comprehensive claims management system, across our US Claims Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and resource allocation strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring optimal system integration and business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to Guidewire.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in claims management, with a focus on software implementation and project leadership.
  • Advanced technical expertise in claims negotiation, resolution, and settlement principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent business acumen, including understanding of insurance company operations and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information and make informed decisions.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $151,100 - $181,300 (Colorado outside of Denver metro), $166,100 - $199,300 (California outside of San Francisco metro area, Connecticut, Washington State, and New York State), or $181,400 - $217,700 (New York City and San Francisco metro areas).
