- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Provide high-quality patient care, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
- Master of Science or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapy license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Board of Allied Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong passion for physical therapy and commitment to ongoing education and professional development
