As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate single and/or multiple machines to produce quality products, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct minor repairs to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Quality Control and Reporting: Monitor and ensure the quality of products, documenting any issues or concerns, and providing accurate production reports.
  • Training and Development: Participate in an extensive training program to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Working Conditions and Requirements

This is a 3rd shift position, working from 11:30pm to 7:00am. You will be required to wear steel-toed or composite shoes, glasses, and earplugs, which will be provided by the company. Uniforms will be provided after two weeks of employment, and you will be required to wear clothes that you are comfortable getting dirty or oily during the initial period.

Benefits and Incentives
  • Competitive Pay: Earn $19.75 per hour while training on 1st shift, with a $1.00 per hour attendance bonus for working a 40-hour workweek, and a $1.50 per hour incentive once fully trained.
