Key Responsibilities- Create, direct, and execute large-scale programs and initiatives to positively impact the core metrics and goals of the office.
- Direct individual students' strategies, creating customized and concrete job search plans with specific deliverables throughout the education, application, and interview process.
- Employer and Alumni Outreach: Expand hiring by target employers through engaging employer leadership and creating a strategic plan with deliverable metrics.
- Create and teach professionalism curriculum, developing courses related to legal professionalism and writing, and supervising Peer Career Advisors and teaching assistants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Juris Doctor and five years of experience.
- Bar admission.
- Specific practice experience, geographic networks, and mentoring experience.
- Legal writing expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and constituents.
- Ability to work well without close supervision.
- Strong general written and oral communication skills.
- Experience building partnerships with law firms, businesses, agencies, and schools.
- Experience teaching.
- Competitive salary range: $58,000 - $99,700 per year.
- Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.
