Staff Pharmacist

• Patient Safety: Ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications, maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Pharmacy Professional Practice: Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and guidelines to provide high-quality patient care.
• Regulatory Requirements: Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure the pharmacy operates within regulatory guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Personnel Management: Supervise and develop Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Inventory Management: Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy by managing costs, optimizing inventory, and improving operational efficiency.
• Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential losses, ensuring the pharmacy operates within budget and regulatory guidelines.
• Workflow Management: Streamline pharmacy operations, improving efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality patient care.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
