Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a Cooler Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse and cooler facilities.

• Picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery
• Working any station or line that is assigned, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
• Operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment, with a strong emphasis on safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment
