Position Overview: This role is dedicated to assessing, organizing, and reviewing the nutritional and dietary requirements of individuals receiving support at Integral Care. The Nutrition Specialist is tasked with addressing identified needs through personalized consultations, group sessions, educational classes, and appropriate referrals. This position operates under general oversight, allowing for a moderate degree of initiative and independent decision-making.
Consistent and reliable attendance is deemed a crucial aspect of this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Flexibility in work hours may be required.
Educational Qualifications:
Mandatory:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Licensure:
Mandatory:
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving history.
Licensed as a Registered Dietitian (RD) in the state of Texas.
Professional Experience:
Mandatory:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian providing nutritional guidance in either inpatient or outpatient settings, including one-on-one or group educational environments.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Spanish.
Work Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Compensation: $55,602 annually.
Sign-on Bonus: Integral Care is eager to expand our teams with skilled and compassionate individuals. We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for all newly hired staff. New employees will receive $1,000 on their initial paycheck and another $1,000 on the paycheck following their six-month milestone.
