Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team. As a licensed LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of long-term care settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our ideal candidate will have a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License and at least one year of full-time experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting within the past three years.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License
  • At least one year of full-time experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting within the past three years
  • CPR Certification
  • Current medical documentation, including physical and PPD within the past year and proof of MMRs (immunizations or Titers)
