We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Downtown East.

Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and registering guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  2. Room Assignments: Handle room assignments and respond to guest requests in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  3. Payment Processing: Establish methods of payment, verify credit, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Guest Services: Respond to guest requests in a timely manner, provide information on hotel services and amenities, and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Salary: $19-20 per hour

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
