As a Swim Lesson Greeter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer retention through effective organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and enroll new students and families via our point-of-sale system
  • Create Sign In/Out Sheets
  • Give tours of our facilities
  • Sanitize between swim lessons
  • Lifeguard during Swim Lessons and other times as needed
  • Perform various tasks and duties, such as cutting stickers and coloring books for kids, monitoring and replenishing bathroom supplies, and cleaning as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Lifeguard Certification is preferred
